Simon Beale + Associates designed and acted as assigned certifier for this recently completed Project.
The Project consisted of the demolition of a two storey office building and construction of a new part two storey/part three storey office building, with a single storey section to the rear, new vehicular entrance providing access to a new car park/courtyard to the rear, the provision of 15 car parking spaces, including 8 spaces to the front of the building, associated roof lighting, terraces, landscaping and drainage works.
The building has achieved a BER ‘A’ Rating.
The contemporary design includes raised access flooring and an intrinsic grass roof system and electric car charging points.
