This 24 Bedroom extension to an existing 100 bedroom residential care centre was completed in 2015. The existing apartments had to be refurbished and integrated into the existing facility while meeting current HIQA standards. The construction process had to be streamlined to as to cause minimal disruption to the existing facility.
