This design in a rural but sub-urban setting incorporated the clients wishes for tiered open plan living which availed of the natural light into the living spaces. The flow and function of the design was an essential part of the design brief. The traditional form combined with natural materials and adventurous glazing make the property a sizeable spacious family home that also ticks the contemporary box
