We are delighted that a property designed by Simon Beale + Associates on the outskirts of Ballina Town featured last night on Home of the Year. The design was based around a central axis with a large and well-lit kitchen and dining area. Natural light flooding into the hallways and high ceilings formed significant parts of the design brief. The build was completed by Judge Brothers Limited. Kitchen and Wardrobes by Noel Brannelly Kitchens and interior in association with Ronan Kennedy at Trevor Morrow Limited and the Client.
