This Project includes the construction of a single storey extension to an existing Nursing Home.
The extension will be constructed at an upper ground level to that of the original building, with a link building connecting the new extension to the original Nursing Home. The proposed extension will provide for a total of 75 new en-suite bedrooms, together with all ancillary rooms for use by the nursing staff, to include day room, treatment room, etc.
On completion, the entire nursing home facility will provide 92 en-suite bedrooms.
