Simon Beale + Associates have recently lodged an application to Fingal County Council on behalf of Elmgreen Nursing Home Limited for Full Planning Permission for the following:

1. Change of use of existing ground and first floor independent living units (Total Floor Area = 993.270m2) of existing part 2 & part 3 storey independent living units block, to nursing home use comprising of 24 No. single nursing home bedrooms with en-suites. The independent living units to the second floor will be maintained.

2. Proposed ground and first floor extension (Total Floor Area = 373.880m2)  to the existing nursing home providing a link between the existing nursing home and the above mentioned existing independent living units building (now proposed as nursing home use)

3. Proposed ground floor extension to the existing kitchen and dining room of the existing nursing home building. (Total Floor Area = 993.270m2).

4. Proposed 2 storey extension to ‘Stairs  A’ (Total Floor Area = 15.000m2) and proposed 3 storey extension to ‘Stairs B’ (Total Floor Area = 43.780m2) to existing independent living units building (now proposed as nursing home use).
